Filled with StaVin's three-year seasoned French, Hungarian or American Oak Staves, the Tank Modular System can deliver the same oak-to-wine ratio as a barrel. Built with 304 Stainless Steel and incorporating mounting tabs, it easily installs on the walls of stainless steel tanks or oak uprights. With a convenient loading and unloading system, the unit is positioned above the racking valve, keeping the oak above the lees bed.
